Degasser Roller
Degasser rollers for vacuum infusion and laminating GFRP/CFRP, epoxy resin, and gelcoat
Degasser rollers for large-surface laminating tasks
For larger lamination surfaces such as in boatbuilding or industrial composite parts, paddle rollers and radiuses rollers are a practical choice. They support the even distribution of resin and reliably remove trapped air, giving GFRP, CFRP, and aramid laminates a stable structure. Their design makes them especially suitable for flat-surface applications and serial production in laminate construction.
Special degasser rollers for edges, radii, and complex geometries
For hard-to-reach areas like inner edges or curved surfaces, corner rollers and radius rollers are available. They are specifically developed to eliminate trapped air bubbles in angled shapes and to press the laminate firmly. This makes them useful for complex parts in model building, pipe laminates, or aerospace composite manufacturing.
Robust degasser rollers for thick laminate builds
When multiple layers of reinforcement materials such as fiberglass, carbon fiber, or aramid are processed, spiral bristle rollers and nobby rollers are highly effective. They penetrate deeper into the laminate build, compact the fibers, and contribute to higher laminate strength. These tools are particularly valuable in industrial composite production and for building strong GFRP or CFRP components.
