Chopped glass fibre 6 mm | HP-GS6

Add chopped glass fibres into polyester or epoxy resin to increase the moulds strength.

Areas of applications and features:

For an increased tensile, compressive and flexural strength
Mixture remains flowable
Reinforcement of gluing spots / adhesive beading
For moulding material
Substitutes for asbestos
In combination with cotton flocks (HP-BF1) suitable for coupling layers in mould making

For mixing in polyester or epoxy resins, increases the stability of the mould and the mixture remains flowable. Usable with or without cotton flocks. Resins added with chopped glass fibres have an increased tensile, compressive and flexural strength.

Examples for fields of applications:

Fibre and pressing masses, plastic plasters, putties, adhesives, anti corrosive coatings, replacement for asbestos, ...
