Epoxy Resin for Bonding, Laminating, Mould Making (medium viscous) | HP-E45KL
The Epoxy-System HP-E45KL is an unfilled, medium-viscous, chemical resistant combination of resin and hardener with working time (pot life) about 45 minutes. It is versatile for laminating and for bonding / gluing applications.
Features & Benefits
For laminating:
- Good wet-out of reinforcement fibres
- Cause bright, non-gluey surfaces
- Cold-hardening, medium-viscous
- Usable as mould making resin (mixable with colour pigments)
- For coupling-layers (with fillers)
- Cause glossy, non-gluey surfaces
- Usable for repaira / refit of osmosis damages
- High resistance to different chemicals
- Usable for tank and pipe coating, basins, …
- Applicable for gluing / bonding and for mixing putties (with HP-PK22 and HP-BF1).
Attention: Strong grouting must be avoided!

- Colouring: slightly yellow / clear
- Mixing Ratio (by weight): 100 parts resin : 60 parts hardener
- Mixing Ratio (by volume): 100 parts resin : 70 parts hardener
- Mixed Viscosity: medium viscous
- Working Time (pot life): 45 minutes (100g at 20°C)
- Working temperature (optimum): 20 - 25 °C
- Working temperature (minimum): 15 °C
