105 g/m² Peel Ply Twill (Width: 25 cm) | HP-T105P25
It is made of Nylon and is added into epoxy- or polyester resins as the first and/or last layer of the construction. After hardening, just before further processing it has to be peeled of slowly and in a sharp angle. The Peel Ply leaves an evenly rough, lubricant film free and adhesive surface behind. Sanding or cleaning of the surface is not necessary before sticking or coating. The Peel Ply can´t remain in the construction therefore is a red or blue tracer thread woven into the fabric.

Advantages of Peel Ply Fabric:
- Accurate upper surface
- A bit rough after tearing off, absolutely clean and free of dust
- Ideal subsoil for bonding or further laminating/painting
- Saves time, no need to grind with sand-paper or removing of grinding dust
In some cases it is desired to have a slip resistance of the component (e.g. stand space of surf boards, boat decks). The surface is after tearing the Peel Ply off ready for use.
