44 g/m² Perforated Release Film | HP-RF44/100

High-tensible perforated Release Film. Ideal for use in vacuum bag / autoclave processing of composites. Suitable for use with polyester, epoxy and phenolic resin systems. Basic purpose of the release film is to ensure the proper release of the helping material use for vacuum bagging. The Release Film is placed directly on the peel ply in contact with the laminate. It separates the laminate from breather / bleeder fabrics, which have no release characteristics.

The Epoxy-System HP-E29L is an unfilled, low viscous, 2-component combinations of resin and hardener with a processing time of 25 minutes.

Compared to standard resins, our high performance resins show faster curing processes. The laminates have distinctive static and dynamic strengths and they are higher temperature resistance.
