Thixotropypowder | HP-PK22

HP-PK22 is applied as a thickening and thixotropic agent in many organic systems, e.g. in unsaturated polyesters resins, coatings, adhesives cosmetics and others.

Areas of applications and features:

Thixotropypowder HP-PK22 can be stirred intensively in the mixed synthetic resin system until the desired consistence has been achieved.
Amorphous pyrogenic silica.
White colloidal powder of high purity.

Used to add in polyester and epoxy resin, to increase the strength of the mould parts and the mixture is still able to flow. Chopped glass fibre can be added with ot without cotton flocks. Resins that are reinforced with chopped glass fibres have a high tensile-, bending and pressure strength.
