Epoxy resin multi-purpose system 25 min (low viscous) | HP-E25L
The epoxy resin multi purpose system HP-E25L is an unfilled, low viscous 2-components combination of resin and hardener with a working time of approx. 25 minutes for laminate, top coat, adhesives, spatula and mould making.
Applicable from 5°C temperature
Properties and field of application:
As laminate resin:- Very good wetting if reinforcement fibres are rough
- For clear and sticky free surfaces
As top coat resin:
- High resistance to chemicals, e.g. styrene, fuels
- Also applicable for coatings of tanks, pipelines or containers
- For clear and sticky free surfaces
As adhesive resin or basis for fillers:
- Due to its very high adhesive strength also applicable for adhesive or spatula use (e.g. in combination with thixotropic agents PK22 and cotton flocks BF1)
As resin for mould making:
- As hard-elastic mould making system (adjustable with colour pigments)
- Applicable for coupling layers (with fillers)
Due to its special formulation, the system can also be processed under difficult circumstances. It is impervious to intermediate reactions (e.g. amine redness).
note:
All raw materials are free of nonylphenol!
