The epoxy resin multi-purpose system HP-E45L is an unfilled, low viscous 2 components combination of resin and hardener with a working time of approx. 45 min for laminate, top coat, adhesive, spatula and mould making applications.
Properties and field of application:
As laminate resin:
- Very good wetting of fine reinforcement fibres
- Makes clear and sticky free surfaces
As top coat resin:
- High resistance to many chemicals such as styrene or fuels
- Also applicable for coatings of tanks, pipelines and containers
- makes clear and sticky free surfaces
As adhesive resin or basis for fillers:
- due to its high adhesive strength also applicable for adhesive or spatula use (e.g. in combination with thixotropic agents PK22 or cotton flocks BF1)
As mould covering resin:
- as hard-elastic mould covering (adjustable with colour pigments)
- applicable for coupling layers (with filler materials)
Due to its special formulation this system can also be processed under difficult conditions and is resistant to unwanted intermediate reactions (e.g. amine redness).
note:
All raw materials are free of nonylphenol!
