100 g/m² Unidirectional Carbonfabric | HP-U100/50C
Weight: 100 g/m²
Width: 50 cm
0°: | 100 g/m² (HT-Fibre 50K o. 24K) |
Scrim: | 2,5 g/m² (PES) |

Advantages of Carbonfabric HP-U100/50C:
- Thickness and weight over the whole fabric´s width is constant
- The surface of filaments are smooth, therefore the fabric is very handy to process
- All filaments are strictly parallel, not twisted to the right or left
- All filaments are sufficiently strained, therefore the final product have a good physical-mechanical
Areas of application:
Resin consumption: 80 g/m²
Laminate thickness: 0,12 mm
Laminate weight: 180 g/m²

This product is compatible with (for example):

The Epoxy-System HP-E56L is an unfilled, low viscous, 2-component combinations of resin and hardener with a processing time of 55 minutes.
Compared to standard resins, our high performance resins show faster curing processes. The laminates have distinctive static and dynamic strengths and they are higher temperature resistance.
Due to legal regulations (ChemVerbotsV), this product may be shipped within Germany only to business customers. Foreign customers can receive this product via shipping. A technically comparable alternative is our HP-E55L, this epoxy resin can be shipped to private customers in Germany without any restrictions.
Sales to international customers, whether private or commercial, are possible without any restrictions.

This product is similar to:

The Epoxy-System HP-E55L is an unfilled, low viscous, 2-component combination of resin and hardener with a processing time of 55 minutes.
These are low-priced standard laminating resins with good dimensional stability and impregnating behaviour.

- Wax release agent for brilliant high glossy finish in moulds with smooth, non porous surfaces (metal, plastics, varnished wood or MDF)
- Suitable for most composites mould applications with solvent free epoxy and polyester resins
- Primer for film release agent HP-PVA
- High-gloss release agent for working with In-Mould Coating HP-IMC (HP-Textiles)

The injection- / infusion-resins of the series HP-E3000RI show very low viscosities,
what supports excellent wet-out and flow properties. The hardener HP-E30RI allows a pot-life of 300 minutes. The series is usable for hand-laminating too.
Vacuum Infusion, Pressure Injection

-
For an increased tensile, compressive and flexural strength
- Mixture remains flowable
- For moulding material
- Reinforcement of gluing spots / adhesive beading
- In combination with cotton flocks (HP-BF1) suitable for coupling layers in mould making
