Film release agent | HP-PVA
High-quality, silicon-free Film Release Agent based on polyvinyl alcohol. Allows repeated moulding on smooth and dense subsoils.

Processing guidelines
Stir before and while using.
Apply HP-PVA sparingly and stripe-free with a sponge or brush and let it harden before applying further layers.
To increase the demouldability it is recommended to apply first a Priming Wax.
Complete removal of the release film after every demoulding with warm water.
Every demoulding requires a new applying of the Release Lacquer.
The consumption is approx. 60ml/m² but it is determined by the quality of the subsoil.
The processing temperature is at + 15°C up to + 30°C, the operating temperature is at maximum 100°C.
