Processing guidelines
Stir before and while using.
Apply HP-G stripe-free and do not polish afterwards. The surface stays dull after drying. Remaining HP-G can be removed with the HP-XB Thinner after removing the component from the mould.
The consumption is approx. 30ml/m² but it is determined by the quality of the underground.
We recommend for a safe separation the combination with HP-PVA.
In this case the HP-G is the foundation on porous and absorbing surfaces for the following layer, the Film Release Agent.
The processing temperature is at + 15°C up to + 30°C, the operating temperature is at maximum 20°
